OUR STORY

A Team Vision

My daughter Nadia has been doing gymnastics - both rhythmic and artistic - since she took her first steps. As the years went by, her passion for the sport grew and she dreamed of opening her own club in the future.

Soon, her dream became a vision - a club that focused on team-building, that helped girls develop a positive body image, that instilled healthy habits. A club in which every girl - regardless of her age, level, or abilities - would be part of a supportive family of teammates, coaches, and parents.

In the spring of 2020, when the pandemic brought fear and uncertainty into everyone's lives, Nadia and I felt that girls, more so than ever before, needed to find courage, compassion, and connection in order to thrive amid such instability. They needed to find their team.

And so, Golden Team Rhythmics was born.
